Upgrade flies over the base where Fugitive is escaping while being pursued by two F-22s. Rory is still using the device and decloaks the ship again, this time in front of the F-22s who have to make a swift maneuver. Upgrade reactivates the cloak while the military sends some F-22s to check out the anomaly. Rory inadvertently decloaks the Upgrade’s ship using the device which in turn, makes his ship appear on the military radar. Upgrade flies into Earth’s atmosphere and activates the ship’s cloaking mechanism. Meanwhile, Rory McKenna is in his basement and is playing with a Predator device. The Upgrade Predator arrives in Earth’s orbit and begins scanning for his target. Fugitive’s ship crashes on Earth and is captured by a government agency. Upgrade does some severe damage to Fugitive’s ship, but he jumps into hyperspace, escaping Upgrade. The ship contains the Fugitive Predator who is later revealed to have stolen some important Predator technology from him. The Upgrade Predator appears in his ship pursuing another spaceship. Stargazer revealed that the Fugitive Predator had human DNA, meaning this hybridizing was not unique to the Upgrade Predator. His biology may not be his own doing, but the collaboration of several research-caste Yautja to create a form of super hunter of their race. He also did not require a bio-helmet to have thermal vision, suggesting a form of implant. Unlike regular Yautja, he possessed bulletproof exo-skeletal skin that could reflect gunfire at close range, and even shatter the Fugitive Predator's wristblades that made forceful contact with his skin, thus terminating the need of extensive use of body armor. Standing at 11ft, he was vastly taller, faster, stronger and infinitely more durable than a normal Predator, and he could manipulate his body to grant him unnatural abilities. ![]() This was the motivation behind his kidnapping of Rory McKenna, perceiving his autism as a desirable quirk rather than a disorder. His DNA was an amalgamation of various creatures, spliced together to enhance his size, strength and abilities. The only animal who would attack an Archaeotherium was Hyaenodon, with its powerful razor jaws, until bear dogs arrived on the continent, driving both to extinction.The Upgrade Predator was an imposing Predator of gargantuan size, a likely product of extreme hybridization. Kelenken is shown to eat Homalodotherium, glyptodonts, and rodents, and Titanis is shown coming into competition with additional predators Smilodon gracilis and Canis edwardii, and is also shown to eat horses.Īrchaeotherium was the largest and most powerful beast of the badlands until the bear dogs arrived, and is depicted evolving into the even larger Daeodon (or Dinohyus) in order to survive against the new threat. The huge terror birds of South and North America, Kelenken and Titanis, are both shown as apex predators. megalodon is shown subsisting on a diet of whales. The bear is shown defeating Smilodon fatalis and Megalonyx, trying to take down Mexican horses, scaring off dire wolves, and even coming into contact with early humans It is shown hunting down Bison antiquus and Mexican horses in large packs.Īrctodus simus, the giant short-faced bear, was one of the largest mammalian carnivore ever to walk the Earth. The savage dire wolf was the largest dog on the planet at the time. It is depicted defeating dire wolves, living in prides and killing Bison antiquus, and baby mammoths.
